Sod, tree and shrub Installation services on large projects such as parks, acreages, schools, soccer and baseball fields. Planting Services and Custom Planters for commercial customers from start to finish. Full-service options include delivery, planting and site clean-up after job completion.

Landscaping Maintenance

Maintenance services include weeding, grass cutting using a combination of equipment to do the job safely and efficiently. Watering trucks used for watering trees, shrubs, sod, road dust control, and cleaning parking lots. Heavy equipment to assist in deliverables including skid steers, loaders, and excavators. Educated staff with formal education and training in Horticulture, Pesticide Application, and Arbor care.

Snow Removal

Experienced snow removal crews can be regularly scheduled or on-call to meet your needs. Snow control services include plowing, sanding, sidewalks and pathways. Equipment for all sized areas ensuring uninterrupted ingress and egress.

Landscape Supplies

Supplying quality landscape products. We have been looking after landscapers, contractors and municipalities for 50 years. Providing and delivering soil, sand, mulch and rock in any amount needed.

Tree Nursery

Blue Grass Ltd. has been operating a nursery production facility for 28 years and has extensive experience in transporting and planting trees, landscaping and executing the subsequent maintenance on the projects we complete.

Sod Farm

Blue Grass owns and operates a 2200 acre sod farm here in southern Alberta. We offer four varieties of sod including Premium Kentucky Blue Grass, Premium Fine Fescue, Blue Grass Eco Sod, and Blue Grass Fairway Cut.
