Latin Name: Rhys typhina ‘Bailtiger’ P.P.# 16185
A beautiful gold leafed form of staghorn sumac with open, upright, spreading habit. New foliage emerges chartreuse changing to yellow with both colours contrasting with fuzzy rosy-pink stems. The branches angel upwards while the colourful leaves drape downward. In the fall the leaf colour intensifies to a bright orange-red. Adaptable and drought tolerated.
