Basic Growing Tips of Chinese Evergreen:

Light: indirect bright light to low light

Water: moderate water, with good drainage; tolerates drying out between watering; likes some humidity

Soil: potting soil mix that drains well

Additional Notes:

Tricks of the trade – easy beginner plant that adapts to various light conditions, avoid direct sunlight. Keep well away from drafts and smoke. Fertilize once or twice a year. Keep slightly pot bound in a shallow pot.
